Frankie, or as he is known to the local community, Manky Frankie, is a resident of Osprey Heights, Craiglang. He only appeared in the episodes "Cauld", from Season One and "Brief", from Series Two.
Frankie is a scruffy man who's flat is festooned with various items that would be regarded as junk by everyone else. He has a penchant for dismantling cars and leaving the parts around, especially in the communal landing. Frankie appears to have a girlfriend and two kids. He was the former neighbour of Wullie Napier, now deceased and Danny's wife, now a widow.
